Tai Chi is more than a series of graceful yet powerful movements. It is also a philosophy of living and relating. In this two-and-a-half-hour workshop, our writing prompts will be inspired by Tai Chi principles, movements, and Taoist/Zen-inspired poetry. Note: You need not have experience with Tai Chi to register for this workshop! Several basic Tai Chi principles will be introduced and the 2-3 movements we do together will be simple and optional.” This workshop takes place on Zoom.
