In Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter, AWA offers online peer-mentoring groups led by experienced AWA workshop leaders. Designed to help leaders achieve workshop goals, they also build community among colleagues. Launchpad groups, which meet 6 times over the course of a month or two, cost $75 and come with a $75 credit toward your next Affiliate Dues payment. In meetings every other week, Launchpad members will share resources, solve problems, and receive support. Learn more about what kind of experience to expect.
