Description
Emily Stoddard has been an affiliate of AWA since 2015 and writes from a quiet spot in northern Michigan. As a neurodivergent writer with ADHD, her work is led by restlessness, a love of the strange and surreal, and a nonlinear process. She’s a past recipient of the Developmental Editing Fellowship in creative nonfiction from the Kenyon Review. Her current project is a memoir in essays, parts of which were a finalist for the 2022 Iowa Review Award in nonfiction. Her debut book of poetry, Divination with a Human Heart Attached, is out now.
